Zero! We offer free diagnostic services. Once diagnosed, you will be notified of our findings and approximate costs of restoring your device to working condition. Even then, the only upfront costs our customers incur are for any part(s) that will need to be ordered to remedy the problem with your device.

Yes! Generally speaking, our services come with a 30 day limited warranty at no additional cost to you! With Kustom PC & Consulting, our customers even have the option to purchase an extended warranty if they would find comfort in having extra protection. A full copy of our warranty will be provided to every customer at device pick-up.
